Managing Your Membership Dues
We very much appreciate our members making an investment to support the mission of Bet Chaverim.
Below are suggested dues levels based on your household income level.
Dues adjustments and payment plans may be arranged in a confidential phone call with our treasurer.
Note that a deposit of $50 is required at the time of application for membership.

We will do our best to keep this information up-to-date and clear. This information is accurate as of June 28th, 2026.
Dues policies:
Our fiscal year begins July 1.
Members’ pledge fulfillment will be reviewed periodically to determine eligibility for member benefits such as access to member communications, free or discounted fees for High Holy Days, Passover seder and other events, and ability to vote in the annual members’ meeting. Member dues payments will be reviewed at the end of August, end of November, end of February, and end of May to determine this
eligibility.
Options for dues payments
Option 1:
Payment in full by the end of the first month of the fiscal year (July 31)
Option 2:
Quarterly payments (annual dues split into four payments) are due at the end of the second month of each quarter after the beginning of our fiscal year: August 31, November 30, February 28, May
31.
Option 3:
Monthly dues payments beginning with July 31 and due by the end of each subsequent month to the end of June of the following year.

Shomrim (Guardians)
- Rate for Single: $1,380
- Rate for Family: $2,070
Tomchim (Supporters)
Income <=$40,000
- Rate for Single: $690
- Rate for Family: $1035
Bonim (Builders)
Age<= 35
- Rate for Single: $276
- Rate for Family: $414

You can pay through Zelle directly from your bank account. Send the payment to:

Please indicate in the memo box what the payment is for.
Note that if you are in the process of joining the congregation, a nominal processing fee of $50 is due when you submit your application. When the Board has voted on your candidacy and you have been notified of your acceptance as a member, you will be able to choose one of the above dues levels or make arrangements for a dues reduction during a confidential conversation with the Bet Chaverim board Treasurer and make payment arrangements.
